Ask a Question

Let Tengu be your new companion!

Everyone knows that Japan comes up with the coolest (video games!), yet most bizarre things in the world -- anything from high-tech gadgets to super-cute anime characters. This time, they’ve created a perfect combination of the two—Tengu! Inspired by the famous “trickster” character in Japanese folklore, Tengu plays along with you instead of pulling silly pranks. He is a sensitive, sound reactive USB companion that is about 3 inches tall, 1.7 inches wide, and 0.6 inches thick. His face is made up of neon red LED lights, and he is attached to a 3.3-foot USB cable. Tengu will respond to any noise in your environment, and his mouth will clearly move along with your music! You can blow on his microphone, conveniently located between his legs, and his bright, cute face will change instantly! He gets tired, like you, so when he falls asleep on you, just blow on him to wake him up.

Tengu works with any type of computer (as long as there is a USB port), and does not require any special software -- he simply plays on his own! Tengu was created to entertain and amuse you. He will go anywhere with you, and most importantly, he will always approve of your music! A high-tech, adorable friend -- what will they think of next? Perhaps a Tengu that really does play evil pranks? Well, that’s kind of scary.

Note: Tengu will work with a USB hub, but will require a caveat. Some Tengu owners have reported problems connecting him to their Apple keyboards. You can solve this problem by simply plugging Tengu directly into your computer’s USB port.
